• Kindly share an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This helps us verify the issue.
• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

⚡ How to Request an Exchange:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and the unboxing video.
2. Our team will review and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
3. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or provide further assistance.

Note: We currently do not support refund requests, but we are always happy to resolve any issue with a smooth exchange process or store credit, if applicable.
